To mark the world premiere of the AI opera »chasing waterfalls«, the Semperoper is organising the symposium »Artificial Intelligence or: Where and who will play the music of the future?« in collaboration with T-Systems Multimedia Solutions. Experts from the fields of culture, society and research are invited to take a visionary and critical look at the various potentials and repercussions that artificial intelligence (AI) could have for our lives, art and social relations. Because one thing seems clear: we have long since arrived in the future. In many areas – and not only in »chasing waterfalls« – AI is already calling the tune ... 

The event is aimed at both experts and the general public. The full programme will be announced in due course.
