General terms and conditions
You are required to pay a deposit on bookings for performances that are less than 8 months hence. This deposit must be paid within 4 weeks of the booking date. The final invoice will be sent to you 4 months before the performance date. This must be settled within 4 weeks. If the desired performance is within the next 5 months then you will receive an invoice for full payment, which must be settled within 4 weeks.*
You will be sent an invoice by post or by email. The required deposit of 10 euros per ticket is not a surcharge; your ticket price will be reduced accordingly. The final amount due corresponds to the sum remaining after deduction of any advance payment. An extension option past the invoice due date is generally not possible. Please note that reserved tickets will be automatically released for sale after expiry of the deposit deadline if you have not contacted us and have not made payment.
*These terms and conditions do not apply to third-party events and guest performances.
There is no charge on reductions or cancellations of group bookings prior to deposit payment. Please inform us in writing of any such changes.

This fee will be deducted from the deposit. The Semperoper Dresden may take back purchased tickets on consignment without any legal obligation. In particular, the Semperoper Dresden is not obliged to offer such tickers for prioritized sale. Any income from sold tickets will be paid after the event.
