Namuundari Mandakh was born in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, where she also went to school. She subsequently attended the Studienkolleg in Munich and studied Business Administration and Economics at the University of Passau. Namuundari then completed her Master’s degree in Culture and Management at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. During her studies, she gained practical experience as a project assistant at the 27^th ViaThea International Street Theatre Festival and as a production assistant at the Komische Oper Viva la Mama at the Gerhart Hauptmann Theatre in Görlitz-Zittau. Since the beginning of the 2025/26 season, she has been assistant to the ballet director under Kinsun Chan.
