Born in Böblingen, Germany. After graduating from high school, Antonia Speth studied for a bachelor's degree in “Modern Foreign Languages, Cultures and Economics” at Justus Liebig University in Gießen, specializing in English, Portuguese and Business Administration. She then continued her education with a master's degree in “International Cultural and Business Studies” at the University of Passau.

She gained important experiences during stays in Marília, Brazil (2 months), London, Great Britain (10 months), and Porto, Portugal (4 months). Since the middle of the 2024/25 season, she has been working as an assistant to the ballet management and production department, helping to organize all ballet productions for the respective season.
