This thought has helped motivate the members and sponsors of the Semperoper Trust (Stiftung zur Förderung der Semperoper). By their personal commitment and the activities of each individual member, the trust has blossomed into one of the most successful arts-related trusts in Germany. This is cultural patronage at the highest level, so that art can be preserved in the new millennium for today’s… and future… generations.
