Dear group customers and business partners, The snow that many have been hoping for, and with it the hope of a white Christmas, is still a long time coming. At the Semperoper, however, The Snow Queen has been providing a proper snowstorm since December 7, 2025, putting everyone in a wintery mood with its emotional, sensitive, and heartwarming atmosphere in the run-up to Christmas. We at Group Service are already looking forward to the Christmas holidays and would like to inform you that our availability will be limited. From December 24, 2025, through January 2, 2026, our Group Service will not be available by phone. During the holidays, your requests can only be processed to a limited extent and exclusively by email. On December 24, 25, 26, and 31, 2025, as well as on January 1, 2026, the box office and Group Service will also be closed. Emails will not be processed on these days. |
