Still today Marius Petipa is regarded as the most important choreographer in the history of classical ballet. He was the creator of such masterpieces as »Sleeping Beauty«, »Swan Lake« and »The Nutcracker«. Together with »Monsieur Petipa«, dancers from Semperoper Ballett will introduce the world of ballet to young audiences, all the way from pointe shoes to the current repertoire.
